Trlln ("we", "our", or "us") is a Tracking as a Service platform that uses IoT technology to help businesses track assets and gain supply chain insights. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us.

Information We Collect
Account Information
- Email address: Used for authentication, account management, and service communications. This is the only personal data we collect.
- Tenant association: Your account is linked to an organisation (tenant) within our multi-tenant platform.
Asset & Tracking Data
- IoT sensor readings, BLE scan events, and QR scan events submitted via our mobile apps or API.
- Asset metadata and supply chain events associated with your organisation's tracked assets.
- This data is associated with your tenant account, not with individual users.
Usage & Diagnostic Data
- Amplitude: We use Amplitude to collect anonymised product analytics (feature usage, navigation patterns) to understand how the platform is used and improve our service.
- Sentry: We use Sentry for error monitoring and crash reporting. Sentry may capture technical context (browser, OS, stack traces) when errors occur. No personal data is intentionally sent to Sentry.
